get in great physical condition for a long time, and you are helping
me so much. I feel more confident now in the use of the machines, the
correct body posture, etc., etc., and I really want to keep pushing
myself further and further. I can't wait to achieve my goals in this
area of my life. I'm really excited to watch and see how my body is
changing and will continue to change. It makes me happy! :) Plus, on
a more personal level, I really enjoy hanging out with you in the gym
because you have a lot of positive energy, you're a lot of fun to be

Ok my strength has increased by about 20% by eating
what you suggested to me a while back, now that winter is slowly leaving
us, the cutting down phase has started. My arms have never been this
big (22 inches almost 3/4 ) in "bulk mode" i expect them to drop to
maybe 21 or 20 1/2 once the fat is gone. Thanks.

Jim,
Just wanted to let you know that your site is very informative, especially
the dieting section. Most trainers will tell you about dieting but can
never get it into everyday terms or seem to explain it the same way
twice. Your site hits the nail right on the head and explains WHY diet
is very important. After taking too much time off from exercise, I
am now getting back into being healthy again. Hard with 2 young kids
to tailor a workout schedule and diet but all of the questions I have,
you answered so now I can give it my all to get back into shape and
beyond!!!! Thanks Jim and will keep you posted on my progress.

I spoke to you regarding weight lose and fitness a few months ago and
I know I'm not the easiest case to work with since I have health problems
along with medications that are working against me. Well you gave
me some health tips especially on eating habits and work out regimens.
I have since lost about 10 pounds and feel great. My health was
an issue because my diet was already restricted because of allergies
and intolerances as well as sensitivities to any stimulants. Therefore
my plan for losing weight and getting healthy had to be strictly natural
with no diet pills. Thanks to your advice and you looking into
my issues of health problems, you were able to successfully give me
a plan that is working. Thanks Jim.

Jimmy,... I signed up,...and all I can say,.... It's absolutely fantastic.
I have already found out why I loose weight,.....I was keeping all fats
out of my body,...thinking that they were bad for me,..but I now realize
that i do need some of them. Also I thought that certain drinks with
sugar would keep my weight on,...but no,..I was wrong again,...because
all it gave me was temporary energy,...because i worked out and worked
my energy off again,..and did not replace it. Well thanks Jimmy ,..
I'm glad you came into my life :-) I have learned alot already. Your
site is awesome. I will have a six pack too,...not like yours though,...would
look funny on me I guess, but a nice tight stomach,...with some muscle
showing. I do have a tight stomach now,...but I want a better one. :-)

noticed on your training site that you copied one of my e-mails on to
it. Boy am I glad that I didn't write that you were the hottest guy
that I ever layed eyes on, and that I wouldn't mind being stranded on
a deserted island with you,.... :-) You deserve to have your own

one else has been capable of helping me get what I want to get, and

I was skinny my whole life Jim and everyone always said "wait till
you hit your mid thirties," but I didn't believe them. Shortly
after my 35th birthday I began to gain weight. Just a little flab around
the middle at first, but it showed right away. People commented on how
it had finally caught up with me. At first I just quit eating,
little good that did, all I got was weak. Well ever since we first met
back a few years ago and I asked you about your diet and workout plan,
I had lost the weight I gained and built up muscle size and toned up.
Well I moved to Naples and some of the weight came back, then you introduced
me to your site. I checked it out and joined up immediately after
knowing how much your advice helped me before. Now I can continue

always been very into working out - and keeping in shape. The rewards
are limitless! Although - it can be hard to work out seriously at the
gym - mostly due to it's 'meat' market status - and usually having your
own 'personal' trainer means you can work out with that person when
you are scheduled to! It is so hard to track them down otherwise! Your
site allows me to get the information & motivation that I need -
when I need it! There is so much helpful instruction and advice - especially
when it comes to diet and exercise. It is so hard to know what

to do in order to achieve the results that you want - but you make it
so easy! And you can take these exercise plans to the gym with you

facts about everyday things I ingest (such as vitamins and proteins)
as well as motivation to succeed in my weight training workouts. Whenever
I have a question about working out or nutrition I log on and figure
it out and if I can't still figure it out I simply email ya and you
get back to me personally with my problem answered. My own trainer online..
pretty cool, and I don't even pay the fees it would cost me in person.
