• While inclined, protract
    shoulder blades apart
    without rounding your back.
  • Hold chest up and out.
  • Maintain natural curve in
    lower back.
  • Activate your T.V.A.
  • Exhale as you retract your shoulder blades together
    and rotate your arms in a
    circular fashion.
  • Hold at the top, then inhale
    as you return.
