from ligaments.

chest up and out.

Maintain natural curve in
lower back.

- Exhale
as you raise your
feet upwards.
- Do
not lock your knees or hyperextended them.
- Inhale
as you return.
- Repeat
the motion in a non-
stop, continual fashion until
your set number or reps are complete.
