• Use a medium amount of resistance, heavy weight
    puts a shearing force on
    your knee with little support
    from ligaments.
  • Hold chest up and out.
  • Maintain natural curve in
    lower back.
  • Activate your T.V.A.
  • Exhale as you raise your
    feet upwards.
  • Do not lock your knees or hyperextended them.
  • Inhale as you return.
  • Repeat the motion in a non-
    stop, continual fashion until
    your set number or reps are complete
