  • Hold abdominals tight.
  • Activate your T.V.A.
  • Squeeze your legs together.
  • Hold tight, inhale and return.


 

Floor Leg Adductors
  • Lay on side with legs straight out and knees slightly bent.
  • Raise lower leg upward as high as you can in front of the upper leg.
  • Hold tight, inhale and return.
