• Use as much resistance
    that you can maintain full
    control with.
  • Protract shoulder blades
    apart.
  • Hold chest up and out.
  • Maintain natural curve in
    your lower back.
  • Activate your T.V.A.
  • Slightly bend your elbows.
  • Concentrate on your
    shoulder blades retracting
    towards each other and not
    your hands pulling on the resistance.
  • While exhaling, retract and squeeze shoulder blades
    together.
  • Then slowly return the
    resistance back down to its starting position as you
    inhale.
