as much resistance
that you can maintain full
control with.
- Protract
shoulder
blades
apart.
- Hold
chest up and out.
- Maintain
natural curve in
your lower back.

Slightly
bend your elbows.

Concentrate
on your
shoulder blades retracting
towards each other and not
your hands pulling on the resistance.

While
exhaling, retract and squeeze shoulder blades
together.

Then
slowly return the
resistance back down to its starting position as you
inhale.
