Leg Lifts

  • Lay flat on back with legs straight out and hold onto something just above
    your head.
  • Raise straightened legs up to a 90 degree position.
  • Then raise pelvis straight up without leaning legs towards your chest.
  • Return pelvis down, followed by lowering legs back to their starting position.


Knee-ups

  • Hold chest up and out.
  • Activate your T.V.A.
  • Keep abdominals tight.
  • Exhale as you raise knees
    to chest.
  • Do not throw or swing legs.
  • Inhale and return legs down.
