For all Models out there, download this "TFP
/ TFCD Photo Shoot Agreement" below that I
created, and use it for any and all TFP /
TFCD photo shoots that you do. It will
protect you as a Model, as well as still protect
the Photographer. Any Photographer who is
only shooting you for trade of content for each
other's website and portfolios who refuses to sign
it, is obviously up to something else with the
images being shot (selling as stock with you not
getting royalties). But send this to them first,
before committing to the shoot to get their
acceptance on it, which makes this agreement a
great screening tool to weed out the scam
Photographers before wasting your time.
