Born
and raised
in Plymouth, Massachusetts, Jimmy began
his active lifestyle at a very young age;
from neighborhood sports of football,
street & roller-blade hockey, to 2
years on a local soccer team as their team
goalie. Jimmy then joined his
school's cross-country track team, and
also ventured on to the wrestling mat.
With all the sports and activities he
participated in, he found his biggest
liking in weight-training. Along
with his high school friend Dave, Jimmy
vigorously worked out almost every day
during his final years of high school...
which led the beginning of who Jimmy
Thomas is today. |

| From
a home-gym above a friend's garage, to
down in his own basement of barbells &
dumbbells, Jimmy stuck with his workouts
even throughout his college time in Boston
where he followed his high school studies
of Architecture. Once moving to
Tampa, Florida, he continued his
weight-training from his backyard and
moved it to a local gym while pushing his
limits to the max. Although he had
his love for weight-training, Jimmy sought
out another active & disciplined
interest he also had... martial arts.
Jimmy joined a Kenpo Karate school where
he lived every waking, non-working moment
at; his love for the arts began to
overtake him. |

As
his time spent in the gym was reduced, his
concentration on his Kenpo studies grew.
He progressed very quick in his ranks and
soon began teaching the children's &
adult classes as well as private lessons.
From self defense demonstrations, to
entertainment for fitness competitions
aired on ESPN, Jimmy found his way to
every karate tournament in the F.L.M.A.
(Florida League of Martial Arts) circuit.
Trophy after trophy, Jimmy barely ever
left a tournament without a 1st, 2nd, or
3rd place title. He was chosen
"Student of the Year" in 1994,
and was the icon role model for all the
children and under-ranks in his classes. |

Being out
of the gym for many years due to his
martial arts devotion, he found his way
back to add on lost size & strength.
In 1998
modeling came into Jimmy's life. He
began test shooting for many Photographers
and very quickly picked up representation
by 13 agencies throughout Florida alone.
From commercial print, retail ads,
catalogs & magazines, Jimmy worked
with company's like Tommy Hilfiger,
Dillard's, Disney, Sports Authority, &
many fitness magazines where he is still
published in to this day; like with
celebrity Model/Actress Amanda
Swisten
("American
Pie III"),
and starring in music videos like the
Persian Artist Ebi:
Sedam Kardi.
and Persian Artist Shohreh:
Shabe Shekar

Through
modeling, Jimmy was a chosen finalist in a
best-body, dance-off contest in Hedonism,
Jamaica and invited to be the Featured
Entertainer for an elite male revue
group in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as an
invite to be on a 10-man American
dance-off team against a 10-man Jamaican
team. Aside from modeling &
martial arts, Jimmy enjoys helping others
in health & body sculpting so he
became certified through NASM the
'National Academy of Sports Medicine' and
began his Personal Training career.
Along with his modeling website, he also
designed and built his personal
training website so he could train
people all around the world.

Throughout
his many years of bodybuilding, self
defense studies & teachings, karate
competitions, personal training, website
designing and modeling, Jimmy still kept
with his backbone career that he went to
college for... Architecture.
He worked for an engineering firm in his
first few years in Florida, then onto
working for the largest architecture firm
in the state of Florida, which was also
the largest franchised architecture firm
in America. He was there for 4 years
where he custom designed up to 4-story,
multi-million dollar homes, while leaving
the firm as one of their Senior Designers,
and with 2 "Designer of the
Quarter" awards.

Jimmy
felt he needed a location change to
further his many interests, so he moved to
Los Angeles in the Spring of 2001. With
this move he brought along all of his
careers. He still designed
upper-scale homes, trained clients
independently and also for 'CBS Television
Studios' for the cast & crew, he
continued his modeling and still taught
self defense & kickboxing. Along
with his hard earned accomplishments,
Jimmy even found time to add
action-adventure screenplay writing into
his busy schedule, a self help book and 4
inventions in the works, an organic retail
product, a stock photography website, an
animal abuse prevention organization, and
a new fitness concept DVD.

With
so many careers and interests, Jimmy found
little time to put towards them, so he
took an offer given to him to temporarily
relocate to Europe in the spring of 2003
to entertain as an "Extreme
Bartender" and "Performer".
This allowed Jimmy the freedom to
temporarily retire from his architecture
and personal training work, and
concentrate on his passions; body
sculpting, martial arts, and screenplay
writing, while still putting together his
new fitness concept and working
on his many other ideas and creations.
With this time away, he traveled all over
Europe and Egypt before returning to Los
Angeles January 2005.

Jimmy's
plans have always been to continue in his
health, fitness, martial arts, and
entertainment fields, as he enjoys the
teachings it brings to others. As he
continues to be seen in fitness magazines,
on television and in music videos, his
most active modeling venue has been
through romance novel covers, as he's been
on 8 paperback covers you can find in most
book stores, since selected to be in the
"Mr.
Romance Novel Cover Model"
contest back in 2002. See him at
this year's Romantic Times Convention in
Orlando in April as he puts on a live
novel cover photo shoot for all attendees
to see. Jimmy's goals are high and
his determination, drive, ambition and
hard work show to pay off!

Resistance Training - He will
teach you the proper use of free weights,
machines, and/or rubber tubing (at home or
office) while using the proper resistance
that is right for you and your goals,
along with teaching you angle of
resistance, range of motion and proper
breathing throughout your exercises. Lose
fat and gain lean muscle mass while toning
your body through your workouts and diet.

Kickboxing
- He will teach you balanced and secure
defensive and offensive stances, how to
properly throw all types of punches,
kicks, and other strikes, how to cover
your vital target points, block, dodge and
distract your opponent, as well as many
different knockout combinations. Increase
your speed, concentration and confidence
while improving your cardiovascular
abilities.

Self
Defense - Learn self defense
against any type of attack from one
opponent or many, from non-armed attackers
to club, knife and gun attackers. Jimmy's
studies in Kenpo Karate, Tae Kwon Do,
Shotokan and Jiu-jitsu will give you the
abilities to defend yourself and your
loved ones at any time, in any given
situation or environment. Learn
proper stances and blocks, punches and
other strikes, kicks, quick foot
movements, as well as multiple striking
techniques to render your attacker
temporarily paralyzed or unconscious.
